Clean the Pump to Extend Life:
Cleaning the pump is essential to the longevity of the fountain. Please clean the pump at least every 1 week.
Step 1: Remove the pump cover. (Pry along the gap)
Step 2: Place your fingernail under the lower left pointed end of the impeller cover and pull it off.
Step 3: Take out the impeller and clean the parts with freebie tweezers and soap water.
If the pump makes loud noise or stop working, please Clean the pet hair on the impeller of the Pump and ensure the water reaches to at least the minimum level. ( if quality problems, we can resend a new one )

USING TIPS:
Please soak and rinse the filter under flowing water for 1 minute Before First Using, to clean the activated carbon dust (it will not harm your pets) from transport shedding. Prevent the phenomenon of black and yellow water caused by ionic resin and activated carbon dust.
If the pump makes loud noise or stop working, please clean the pet hair on the impeller of the Pump and ensure the water reaches to at least the minimum level. ( if quality problems, we can resend a new one )
According to your pet's drinking frequency and the number of pets, suggested to change the water and clean the fountain every 1 week. replace the filter and the sponge every 1 month. It is recommended to flush the filter and sponge with water every time you change the water.
Please keep the cable away from pets chewing it.
